Hazama's achievements in value-added architectural projects, such as high-quality housing construction and first-class hotels, have gained it a high reputation throughout the world

Hotels and condominiums must provide interior spaces that emphasize individuality and privacy. They must also be fashionable and well-designed and provide safe, amenable interior environments. Hazama has created high-quality, people-friendly living spaces for both temporary and permanent residence. Its projects in this area range from resort hotels to high-rise inner-city residential buildings.

Creating Pleasant Interior Environments

The Royal Lake Hotel, a first-class hotel in Yangon, is Hazama's first project in Myanmar

Hazama has built an excellent reputation in the hotel and housing fields both domestically and overseas. Its unique technology, attention to detail and coordinating capabilities are manifested in features that include interior air flow and acoustic control, efficient air conditioning, water supply, drainage and electric power supply systems, and security and safety systems, as well as in interior space planning and room layouts, exterior and interior materials and designs, and in the construction and finish of each building.

Many first-class hotels have long histories and traditions. Hazama renovates such hotels by carrying out repairs and installing the latest facilities without compromising the historical and cultural value of the buildings. It earned high praise for a renovation project on the Regent Hotel, an historic London hotel dating from the Victorian era.

High-Quality, Low-Cost Housing

Hazama has also developed construction technology that enables it to build high-rise and super-high-rise residential structures efficiently and economically, while maintaining high quality standards in residential spaces. Hazama technologies, including the high-rise frame structure with wall columns (HWR) and the HRC-35 super-high-rise condominium housing system, were used in various domestic housing projects. Other technologies developed by Hazama include the precast concrete wall construction (WPC) method for use on medium- and low-rise condominium structures, and the rapid method for medium- and high-rise structures. Overseas, Hazama has worked on various projects, from low-cost, prefabricated condominiums to large-scale residential complex developments.

Concept Housing to Meet Contemporary Needs

"Usis Ikuta," Hazama's company housing complex, introduced rational construction methods and high-tech capabilities, such as seismic isolation technology

Society is demanding increasingly sophisticated housing, yet there is also pressure to minimize costs by rationalizing construction. Hazama undertook a "price redesign" project in the area of housing construction. This resulted in the development of the "Hi-MAX" method, which supports rationalization and the reduction of labor requirements in the areas of design, materials and construction while maintaining high quality and added value. This method was first used on a Hazama company housing complex, the "Usis Ikuta". This project has attracted interest from developers as a good example of the Hi-MAX method.
