Royal Lake Hotel (Myanmar)

Since 1960’s, Hazama has been engaged in the construction of big projects, a driving force of the development of developing countries, and has been successfully built a number of dams in South East Asia. Its construction activities were widely spread to Middle East, North Africa and Latin America since 1970’s. In days gone by, civil engineering projects such as airports, petro-chemical plants, thermal power plants and bridges are evolved and diversified in their requirements. In recent years, we are particularly responding to the requirements for renewal and maintenance of infrastructures entailed by rapid urbanization.

A good example is Selangor Water Supply Project in Malaysia we have involved in from 1989. In executing a huge project to construct water storage and water treatment plant facilities and long pipelines, Hazama has taken charge of not only the construction but also from funds raising through operating management by organizing consortium with local enterprises. Other water resources-related projects in South East Asia we have completed include Nam Song Diversion Works in Laos and Gia Lam Water Treatment Plant in Hanoi, Viet Nam. In Malaysia, we have constructed and completed Malaysia’s first subway shield work, LRT System Two for Kuala Lumpur, using KL segment locally produced.

While, in the field of architectural works started from hospitals and housing, we completed ultra-high rise buildings including Chartered Bank Building and O.U.B Center Building both in Singapore in 1980’s and advanced to North America, Australia and Europe from 1980’s to 1990’s to have successfully attained Hazama’s total capability from project making through “design and build” in the diverse fields of office buildings, hotels and condominiums.

Bili Bili Dam(Indonesia)

The project that our accumulated experiences of these overseas operations opened its flower is nothing but Petronas Twin Tower. Hazama’s technological know-how is highly appraised by Japanese enterprises as evidenced by numerous orders we have received in recent years from Japanese enterprises in such countries as United States, Mexico, Viet Nam and Turkey.
